No Fee Guarantee

We offer all of our clients our “No Fee Guarantee.” Our personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means we do not charge attorneys fees unless we obtain compensation on your behalf.

We Do Not Recover More than Our Clients

We do not recover more than our clients. In pre-litigation cases, this policy means that if our attorneys’ fees under our agreement exceed your recovery, then we will reduce our fees. If we have to make a significant reduction from the attorneys’ fees under our contract, we will do so in order to not recover more in fees than what you will recover.
