We offer all our personal injury clients our "No Fee Guarantee." Our personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means we do not charge attorney's fees unless we obtain compensation on your behalf.

We Don't Recover More than Our Clients

We don't recover more than our clients. Our policy that we do not recover more than our clients in pre-litigation cases means that if for whatever reason, our attorney's fees under our agreement exceed our client's recovery, then we will reduce our attorney's fees. If we have to make a significant reduction from the attorney's fees under our contract, we will do so in order that we do not recover more in attorney's fees than our client recovers.
