What is your experience in personal injury law?

I have been practicing personal injury law since 1994.

How much of your practice involves personal-injury?

I practice exclusively in the area of personal injury. 100% of my practice is personal injury.

What type of personal injury cases have you handled?

The majority of cases involve motor vehicle accidents. This includes accidents involving automobiles, motorcycles, public or school buses, commercial trucks, and tractor-trailer accidents. I also have extensive experience in premises liability cases, including slip and fall accidents. We also have significant experience in handling wrongful death claims, claims involving children, and claims against governmental agencies and public entities. What law school did you graduate from and when?

I graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991.

Which states and courts are you licensed to practice in?

I am licensed to practice in the state of Arizona in any state court and also in the Federal District Court for the state of Arizona.

How and where do you conduct your legal research?

We have access to some of the most modern electronic research databases in our office, including Westlaw.

Can you provide me with references?

We will gladly provide you with the multiple references from clients who we have represented.

Do you have malpractice/professional liability insurance?

We carry $2 million of a practice and professional liability insurance coverage.
