How much does it cost to hire your law firm?

We do not charge any costs or fees when we accept your personal injury case on a contingency basis.

What are your fees for personal injury cases?

Our fees for personal injury cases are contingent. In other words, we only charge attorney’s fees if we are able to obtain compensation for our client.

What is your “No Fee Guarantee?”

Our No Fee Guarantee means that you will not be charged any attorney’s fees if we do not obtain compensation for you. For example, no matter how long and how many hours we work on your case, you will not be charged any attorney’s fees unless we obtain compensation.

What is your policy that you do not recover more than your clients?

Our policy that we do not recover more than our clients in pre-litigation cases means that if for whatever reason, our attorney’s fees under our agreement exceed our client’s recovery, then we will reduce our attorney’s fees. If we have to make a significant reduction from the attorney’s fees under our contract, we will do so in order that we do not recover more in attorney’s fees than our client recovers.
