
Michael was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He began college at the University of New Mexico and moved to Arizona in 1984. He enrolled in the University of Arizona, which he attended for until 1986. During that time, he made honors and received multiple scholarships.
In 1986 he transferred to Arizona State University, where he graduated in 1988 with a B.S. in Accounting. Again he received numerous scholastic honors and scholarships. He because active in student government affairs committees.
Michael began applying to law schools, and was accepted into Harvard, Stanford, Michigan and Berkeley. He attended Harvard Law School and graduated with a J.D. in 1991. He began his legal career working at the law firm of Lewis and Roca, and worked in the area of complex civil litigation.
In 1994, he founded his own law office, and he began his civil practice, including personal injury and wrongful death. In 2002, he began emphasizing the practice area of personal injury and wrongful death, areas in which he exclusively practices now. As a result of the tremendous results and client service of the law firm, the number of attorneys in the firm has grown from one attorney in 2004 to five attorneys, all of whom practice in personal injury.
Michael has a large family and he enjoys spending time with his family, and also enjoys cooking and sports, particularly motor racing.
