We also represent those who've been accused of committing crimes and are in need of legal representation to defend against those charges. Personal Injury and Accident Cases We are committed to representing people who have been injured in an accident as a result of the negligence of someone else. We have achieved excellent results since our inception 14 years ago in January 1994. We are proud that all of our attorneys are members of Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, an organization of Plaintiff’s trial attorneys who are dedicated to representing people who are victims of accidents. We are also members of the American Association for Justice, which is a national organization of trial lawyers, with an emphasis on Plaintiff’s personal injury. In personal injury cases, personal consultations are always free and there are no attorneys' fees unless we obtain compensation for you. Our fees are a percentage of recovery before expenses are deducted. We advance the costs for your case and these costs only have to be repaid if there is a recovery on your case.
