Bio:

Frank was born in Phoenix, and has lived in Arizona his entire life. He attended Arizona State University for both his undergraduate and law school education. During his undergraduate studies he was on the Deans List, received academic scholarships, and graduated magna cum laude in Justice Studies.

At law school, Frank was a two year recipient of the Honorable Valdemar Cordova Scholarship, a member of the Chicano Latino Law Student Association, the St. Thomas More Society, and was the director of State and Local Relations for the Graduate and Professional Student's Association. He also completed the Lodestar Mediation Clinic, an intensive mediation training program focusing on the theory, strategy, and skills involved in the mediation of legal disputes.

In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and following the local sports teams.
