Bar, landscaping firm named in wrongful death lawsuit

An illegal immigrant and convicted murderer in a state prison, a landscaping firm and its owners, and a bar are all named in a wrongful death suit filed in Bucks County Court.
Jose Esteban Maldonado-Luzuriaga, 36, is serving a 20- to 40-year sentence for murdering William Sullo III in 2008. Maldonado-Luzuriaga, an illegal immigrant without a driver’s license, ran down Sullo outside a Bensalem bar where Sullo worked because bar employees stopped serving him alcohol. He was driving his employer’s Green Tree Landscape Service pickup at the time.
