I am honored to receive the highest possible rating and a perfect score from bbb.org Below is some information about the Better Business Bureau ("BBB").
The BBB gathers and reports information on business reliability, alerts the public to frauds against consumer and businesses, and provides information on ethical business practices. It also acts as a mutually trusted intermediary between consumers and businesses to resolve disputes.
BBB accreditation is an honor and not every company is eligible. Only businesses that meet the high standards are invited to join the BBB.
The BBB Ratings system is a grade, which is based on a formula that evaluates categories of information and it represents BBB's degree of confidence for businesses operating in a trustworthy manner and will make good faith efforts to resolve concerns.
Businesses are rated on 16 elements. The rating system uses grades from A to F, with pluses and minuses. A+ is the highest grade, and F is the lowest.
In order to obtain an A+, the company must be rated between 97 and 100%.
